Introducing the Circle Cutter Tool for Commercial Roofing
The Circle Cutter cuts roofing membrane in a circle so as to repair holes, T-joints and voids in commercial roofing. This cutting device works best on a half inch drill press that has at least 12 speeds. It can also be installed on a cordless or electric half inch drill. The lower the RPM, the better.
Commercial Roof Removal Made Easy
Reduce the time it takes your crew to cut off a mechanically anchored roof! With the Circle Cutter mounted on a cordless drill, you can quickly cut around the anchors and easily roll up the old material. This comes with over 45 years of experience in the roofing industry.
Disposal and recycling of the old roofing material is simplified now that there are no plates and anchors mixed in the rolls of material.

Cut Your Own Circular Roof Patches
Save time and money by cutting your own roofing patches easily with the Circle Cutter.
No need to order expensive pre-made circles that don't match the existing project, and no more rolls of scrap material piling up in the shop!
Machined from solid aluminum and with a hardened steel shaft, the Circle Cutter will stand up to the most demanding roofing projects.

Installing the Blade
The blades are of your own liking which are not included. The X-LIFE #11 that are made by X-ACTO seem to work the best.
When mounting the blade on either end, the blade must be mounted toward the push guard to cut promptly. The height of the blade is important, because if the blade is too low the cutter will get too aggressive on the material. The blade is locked in place by tightening the adjusters. You should be able to set the cutter on a flat surface and spin it without it stopping. We recommend you have a quarter of an inch from the surface of the material to the tip of the blade.
